How Delivery Cloud works:

1. Book your delivery slot

Contact us on Instagram, WhatsApp, or email with the completed short delivery request form - you can find it here. After confirming your details, we'll send a payment link, and once payment is made, your booking is confirmed!

2. Our driver will collect your item(s)

On the day of your delivery, our driver will collect your item(s), taking into consideration any special requests, and make his way to your nominated delivery address.

3. Our driver will deliver your item(s)

Our driver will deliver to your nominated address promptly. Once the delivery is complete, we’ll provide you with proof of delivery, giving you peace of mind that your items have arrived safely.

  • Yes, due to the unique nature of our delivery service, additional fees apply in certain circumstances:

    • Deliveries to busier parts of London – A £5 fee applies to postcodes in Central London or other high-traffic areas where parking is limited and congestion is significant.

    • Deliveries within a Congestion Zone (London) – A £15 fee will apply for deliveries in this zone, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover this charge.

    • Flat deliveries – A £3 flat fee is applicable for deliveries to buildings with multiple floors or complex access.

  • We understand that sometimes you may have a special request for a delivery. Whether you need the item delivered to a specific location, want to make changes to your booking, or anything else, we're here to help. Simply reach out to us via WhatsApp or Instagram, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • Absolutely! Our drivers will always capture a photo as proof of delivery. You will also receive a notification, either via Instagram direct message, WhatsApp or email (depending on your booking method), confirming that your item has been successfully delivered.

  • Yes, we can handle flat or apartment deliveries for an additional fee. This small fee typically covers handling and parking costs, as our drivers often need to park for more than 5 minutes to deliver directly to your door. We aim to make the process as smooth as possible while ensuring your items are safely delivered.

  • We're happy to deliver multiple items to the same address! There is an additional fee for each extra item, which depends on the size and weight of the items. We aim to provide a seamless service, ensuring all your deliveries are handled with care.

  • There is no waiting fee for the first 10 minutes after the scheduled delivery time. After that, a charge of 25p per minute applies. Our drivers can wait a maximum of 30 minutes, after which the item will be returned to the collection address later in the day. In most cases, the driver will leave the item with a neighbour or a safe place. Please ensure the recipient is at the delivery address during the time the item has been requested to be delivered, especially for cakes and more delicate items.

  • You will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled collection time for the delivery. For example, if your collection time is 9am, you must cancel by 9am the day before. In special circumstances, we may offer a full refund with 12 hours' notice.

  • What if you need a delivery outside of our regular hours? We typically collect and deliver between 09:00 and 19:00, Monday through Sunday. However, in special circumstances, we can arrange collections as early as 08:00, with deliveries completed by 20:00 at the latest.
