Similar to our regular services, cake deliveries may incur additional fees based on the following, aside from the usual price adjustments for delivering Cake & Bakery items:

• Deliveries to busier parts of London – A £5 fee applies to postcodes in Central London or other high-traffic areas where parking is limited and congestion is high.

• Deliveries within a Congestion Zone (London) – A £15 fee will be applied, and it is the customer’s responsibility to cover this charge.

• Flat deliveries – A £3 flat fee applies for deliveries to buildings with multiple floors or complex access points.

Whether you're a business or an individual customer, we can collect your cake from a shop, bakery, or your nominated location, including a home address.

Yes, as cakes are delicate and require special handling and extra care, there may, on occasion, be additional costs.

• A 4" cake is classified as small.

• A medium-sized cake is between 6" to 8".

• Cakes measuring 10" to 12" are considered large.

• For cakes larger than 12", we provide a personalised quote based on the specific size and requirements.

When providing the cake details, please specify the number of tiers, as this will impact the delivery price. Multi-tier cakes require additional care and handling, which may incur extra charges.

For cakes with more than one tier, delivery is typically made to the doorstep. However, when delivering to flats, apartments, or buildings, our drivers are only permitted to deliver to the reception or ground floor. The customer will need to collect the cake from there to ensure safe handling of this delicate item.

Yes, to ensure a safe and secure delivery, there must be parking available close to the delivery address. In busier areas, such as Central London where parking is limited, an additional parking fee will apply to allow the driver to park as close as possible for safe handling of the cake.
